Where should I stay?
We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we’ve arranged a room block at the Hamilton Sheraton Hotel. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking codes and special rates, on our website’s “Accommodations” page. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!
Can I bring my kids?
While we adore children, we’ve opted for an adults-only affair, with the exception of nieces and nephews, to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening.
Who should I contact if I have questions about the wedding?
Please feel free to contact the bride or groom with any questions. However, on the wedding day, please direct any questions or concerns to the wedding planner, Isabelle Babic, or a member of the wedding party.

What time should I arrive?
Please give yourself enough time to find parking, and a seat inside the Church. We recommend guests arrive between 2:15 pm to 2:30 pm.
Where is the ceremony?
The ceremony is being held at St. Joseph’s Church located at 260 Herkimer St, Hamilton, ON L8P 2H9
Wedding Reception FAQs
Where is the reception?
The reception will be taking place at The Diplomat restaurant located at 43 King William St, Hamilton, ON L8R 1A2.
What time should I go home?
The party will officially end at 1:00 am on May 6th, 2025. You are more than welcome to close the night with the happy couple!
When will we eat?
Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm, but do not worry, cocktail hour will be full of goodies for you to munch on.
RSVP FAQs
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
How do I RSVP?
Please RSVP by clicking on the side button of our website, and entering your name. A QR code has been enclosed with the wedding invitations to simplify this process.
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by no later than April 5th, 2025.

Dress Code FAQs
Is there a theme?
The theme for the wedding is formal with black-tie optional. As this is a spring wedding, please lean into the gorgeous pastels, bright colours, and florals this season brings.
What should I wear?
We encourage everyone to embrace the formal dress code and dress up! We would love to see our guests wearing long dresses or their best suits (birthday-suit excluded) to the wedding. We kindly ask for our guests to avoid wearing colours that are typically worn by brides (white, cream, ivory or beige) and light blue.

Can I take photos?
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we’ll share the photos with you afterwards. Please free to take as many photos as you would like after the ceremony and during the reception.
Where can I find the photos afterward?
The bride and groom will be sharing pictures with guests once they receive them.
